Sorting /players by winrate instead of games played

https://ds-rating.com/players is now sorted by winrate instead of by amount of games played.

It was suggested in discord, and I thought it’s a good idea, while transitioning to a sorting by real player rating.

Player must have more than 1000 games to appear in the top200.

games > 1000
order by winrate descending
